Harmonic Journal is designed to capture musical ideas — not personal data. The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal use.
Core privacy position
Harmonic Journal does not require an account and does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use. Any musical notes, ideas, moods, tags, recordings, favorites, or other journal content are not collected or stored by WYPAS on its servers.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Harmonic Journal mobile application and related services operated by WYPAS SP Z O O (the “Application”). WYPAS SP Z O O is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
The policy is effective as of 11 September 2026.
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, ordinary technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary for network connectivity. WYPAS does not retain this information for tracking or profiling through the Application.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, WYPAS does not share such app-collected personal data with third parties.
WYPAS does not collect or store personal data generated through normal use of Harmonic Journal on WYPAS servers. Therefore, there is no server-side retention period for user profiles, journal entries, musical ideas, audio recordings, moods, tags, favorites, precise location, or similar in-app content.
Data that remains only on your device is controlled through your device and the Application itself, not stored by WYPAS as a server-side user record.
Because Harmonic Journal does not require an account and WYPAS does not collect or store personal information through normal app use, there is no WYPAS-held app account or server-side personal dataset that must be deleted.
You can remove locally stored application content by deleting it within the Application where such controls are available, clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily contact WYPAS by email or otherwise provide information outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that correspondence or information where applicable by contacting support@wypas.site.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. No separate WYPAS account cancellation is required.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by WYPAS through ordinary use of the Application.
Because the Application does not collect or retain personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of WYPAS-held app user data is limited. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it may lawfully hold outside normal app use.
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, a breach affecting WYPAS-held app user data is unlikely. If a security incident affects information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider outside normal app use, WYPAS will provide notifications where required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated policy with a new effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a material change, consent will be requested before that change takes effect.
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside normal app use and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
